Training Sessions

Sessions consist of 1 hour - 1 hour 15 min.

      *Trainee is asked to arrive 5-10 minutes before to complete warm up in order to give more time      to work on the drills for that day.

  • $25 Single Individual Training

  • $20 (Per trainee) Group Sessions *Must be approved by trainer and at least two or more kids.

Payments can be made by cash or check! Also, a payment plan can be discussed as well! Weekly or Monthly.

The first session is designed to assess the individuals talent based on technical drills and overall ability. Sessions following will then focus on the trainees specific position. Each session will focus on a different technical aspect to help achieve a solid foundation to continue to grow on and progress. 

The Breakdown.

Each session begins with a warm-up. It consists of multiple dribbling and passing drills to get the individual warmed up and get a lot of touches on the ball. Once completed, we then will move on to agility. The idea behind this is quicken the feet up, work on explosiveness, and work on stamina. Agility is the backbone of all moves, touches, and stamina. After this, we then move onto the drills for the day. Defending, dribbling, shooting, passing.. etc. 

**Please bring a ball, water and cleats to every session. Whatever else you feel you may need, bring it as well!
